Staging Services

Client-led Staging

DIY client-led staging allows our clients to have a hands-on approach. We'll come to the home for an in-person consultation up to 2 hours. After our consultation, we'll provide both seller and realtor a comprehensive written report of our recommendations. You can then choose to add additional service hours to manually declutter, pack, add or store items.

Occupied Home Staging

For a seller who prefers a more hands-off approach, we offer a full-service staging experience. We'll work with existing items in your home and make recommendations on decor and furniture that could be added, donated or stored to make your home appealing to all types of prospective buyers.

Vacant Home Staging

Our full-service package for unfurnished, unoccupied homes. We'll bring in furniture, decor, lighting and rugs to show your home or listing in it's best light. We typically take a simple, minimalist approach to allow potential homebuyers to visualize themselves and their belongings in the home.
